The purpose of this fund is to assist individuals and families experiencing emergency needs due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
This second fund has been created by the Charlesview, Inc. Board of Directors (“CVI”) to serve as an emergency measure to help individuals and families continue to address emergency basic needs during the COVID-19 restrictions. This fund is a one-time only emergency allocation by CVI that will cease to exist once the allocated funds have been dispersed.

Upon receipt of the application, Charlesview, Inc. will review the form and in its sole judgement respond with its determination of funding. All decisions will be final.
